Choosing text messages
You can choose to receive text messages by selecting the optional SMS checkbox on our quote form and submitting the form, or by explicitly agreeing verbally to a staff member after receiving our text-message disclosure. By doing so, you agree to receive text messages from Davis Food Truck & Catering at the mobile number you provide about your catering inquiry, requested quotes and booking updates. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in texts.
Text messages are optional. Consent is not required to request a quote, book catering or purchase services. This program is for quote and booking communications, not advertising or promotional messages.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Program messages are sent from (765) 570-1095.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to stop program text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel a catering booking or change your agreed payment obligations; contact our team to discuss a booking change.

Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for urgent event changes; contact our team directly.
Privacy
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, rent or transfer SMS opt-in information or consent for another party’s use. Necessary processing by messaging providers and legal obligations are explained in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and your booking
These terms apply to our text-message program and do not replace the terms of your catering quote or booking agreement. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date.
