He also has a genuine passion for creating home-cooked meals- food that feels familiar, comforting, and meant to be shared. To him, food isn’t just fuel; it’s connection.

Clarissa

Clarissa grew up working alongside her dad helping with his catering business and saw firsthand the long hours and dedication it takes to run a business. For many years, that experience made her certain catering wasn’t a path she wanted to follow.

Over time, her perspective changed. What once felt exhausting now feels meaningful. Catering connects her back to her roots and the values she learned early on—showing up, taking pride in your name, and serving people well. As a family-run team, she values the time spent working together, creating memories of their own while helping customers create lasting memories around the table.

Gary

Systems | Positive Energy | Grill Master

Gary is a key part of our team and is involved both on-site and behind the scenes. As our tech and systems expert, he manages digital menus and is the king of detailed spreadsheets. He helps keep every event organized and running smoothly.

A longtime friend of Matt’s since college, Gary shows an extraordinary level of commitment to this business. He makes every effort to be present at events, even spent part of the summer nearby in his motorhome. He generously volunteers, often turning down pay, and brings steady, positive energy to the team. There’s always a little friendly competition between Gary and Matt over who is grill master. His dedication, attitude, and heart for the team make a bigger impact than he’ll probably ever realize

Mattisyn “Matti”

Reliable | Trusted  | Register Boss

Matti has been part of this business for as long as she can remember. She grew up in the food trailer—falling asleep on the deep freezer, helping wherever she could, and gradually working her way through every role. From handing out silverware and filling cups with ice, to now confidently running the register, she’s seen it all.Now in college, Matti has taken what she’s learned and built something of her own. She runs her own sister business—a lemon shake-up and drink van. She’s earned spots serving at Ball State games and continues to grow her business at local festivals throughout the community.

Her commitment to family never wavers. When she’s needed, she shows up. Matti brings dedication, grit, and just the right amount of attitude to our team, and we are incredibly grateful for the role she plays in our business and our family. She is deeply loved and appreciated more than she could ever know.

Sariana

Go-Getter | Reliable | Customer-Focused

Sariana has been part of our family for years, and we truly consider her one of our own. A close friend of our daughter Mattisyn since high school, she has grown alongside our family and become a trusted, dependable part of our team. Whether she’s working events or helping run the lemon shake-up van with Matti, Sariana brings focus, drive, and pride to everything she does.

She is a natural go-getter and always looking for opportunities, staying aware of her surroundings, and stepping in where help is needed without being asked. She works hard, keeps her space clean and organized, and genuinely cares about delivering great service. She strives to keep customers happy and consistently shows up ready to work, often volunteering even when Matti isn’t available. Her work ethic, initiative, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of both our business and our family.

Jan

Experience | Guidance | Legacy-Kept

Jan works primarily behind the scenes, but her presence is felt at nearly every event. Retired from catering. she brings decades of experience and is always willing to step in when help is urgently needed. Whether it’s filling staffing gaps, offering trusted guidance on event setup and flow, or sharing insight into what works and what doesn’t, Jan’s knowledge comes from years of hands-on catering experience.

Jan has been incredibly generous in supporting the business, providing supplies from her and Dave’s former catering operation—serving utensils, decorative trays, etc. She also plays a key role in passing down family recipes, including her beloved homemade pies that many in the community know and love. Through her continued support and guidance, Dave’s legacy and the business they built together live on through this catering company. We are deeply grateful for everything Jan brings to our team.

Peggy & Tina

Peggy and Tina are the heart of our operation and a steady presence at nearly every event. As family members who truly understand the meaning of showing up, they bring consistency, care, and an unmatched work ethic to everything we do. Whether they’re helping behind the scenes or supporting the flow of an event, their reliability and dedication never go unnoticed.

Beyond the day-to-day work, Tina and Peggy generously share family recipes that have become a meaningful part of our catering menus—adding history, comfort, and love to the food we serve. Their hard work, warmth, and unwavering support help shape not only our business, but the family atmosphere our customers feel at every event. We are incredibly grateful for all they do.
